Professional Measuring Protects Your Investment
One of the most common and costly mistakes homeowners make with window treatments is skipping professional measuring. A measurement that is even slightly off can leave you with coverings that do not function or look the way they should. At Sharon's Interiors Plus, professional measuring is a standard part of every window covering project. It is not an add-on. It is how we protect your investment and make sure the product you receive performs the way it was designed to. From custom curtains and blinds to structured shades and layered treatments, every piece is measured, ordered, and installed with the same level of care.
Our Process
Beginning-to-End Service, From Consultation to Installation
We manage the entire process so you do not have to coordinate between a retailer, a manufacturer, and an installer. You come in, we talk through your space and your vision, and we take it from there. Our team handles design guidance, fabric and style selection, professional measuring, ordering of your custom made-to-measure treatments, and final installation. This beginning-to-end approach means the design intent you approved in the showroom is exactly what ends up in your home. For businesses and contractors across Ward County, McLean County, and the broader 75-mile service radius around Minot, this kind of coordinated service is hard to find anywhere else in North Dakota.

What Our Clients Say About Their Window Treatments
Are all window treatments at Sharon's Interiors Plus custom made, or do you carry ready-made options?
Every window treatment we offer is custom made-to-measure. We do not carry off-the-shelf or retail blinds. Each product is specified to your exact window dimensions and ordered through our professional vendor partners, Hunter Douglas and Springs Window Fashions, and our custom soft goods, including drapery, are all custom made for your space. This approach ensures a precise fit, a longer product lifespan, and the protection of manufacturer warranties that ready-made products simply cannot provide.
Why does professional measuring matter so much for custom window coverings?
Professional measuring is one of the most important steps in any window covering project. Even a small measurement error can result in a product that does not operate correctly, looks unbalanced in the room, or has to be reordered. At Sharon's Interiors Plus, professional measuring is included as a standard part of every project, not an optional upgrade. It is how we make sure your investment is protected from the moment the product is ordered.
